Large Cottage BLUE #1 3 Bedrooms From 1 to 12 People Maximum	$1470.00 up to 6 people Plus a $50 Cleaning Fee
Extra Person(s) Charge	$150.00

APPLICABLE TAXES will be added to the above prices.

CHECK-IN TIME Is after 3:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT TIME Is by 10:00 A.M.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $300.00 / Week Required For Peak Season (June 15 – Aug 31.)
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
